2. No Cancellation After Payment

3. Refund Policy

4. Refund Processing Time

5. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from the bank account, the amount will usually be automatically refunded by the bank or payment gateway within 5–10 working days. Parents are advised to check their bank statement before contacting the school.
