4. Transaction Charges

Any bank charges, gateway charges, or service fees levied by the payment gateway or bank shall be borne by the payer unless otherwise specified.

5. Payment Confirmation

• After successful payment, a payment confirmation receipt will be generated on the website and may also be sent via email/SMS if available.

• In case the payment is deducted from the bank account but the receipt is not generated, users should contact the school office with transaction details.

6. Refund Policy

• Fees once paid through the online payment gateway are generally non-refundable.

• Any refund, if applicable, will be processed as per the school’s refund policy and may take 7–10 working days depending on the bank or payment provider.

7. Failed Transactions

If the payment fails but the amount is debited from the bank account, the amount will usually be automatically refunded by the bank/payment gateway within 5–10 working days.

8. Security

SVN KATHIATOLI uses secure payment gateway services to process online payments. However, the school shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from technical issues beyond its control.
